Vinification

Medium length maceration that lasts for 10-12 days, with daily punching down at a controlled temperature. Maturation in steel and partly in oak barrels of 30 hl follows. Subsequent refinement in the bottle for 8-10 months

Pleasant, it also brings a pleasant reference to black berried fruits in the mouth, including black currant and black cherry, good persistence.
