Medium length maceration that lasts for 10-12 days, with daily punching down at a controlled temperature. Maturation in steel and partly in oak barrels of 30 hl follows. Subsequent refinement in the bottle for 8-10 months

Pleasant, it also brings a pleasant reference to black berried fruits in the mouth, including black currant and black cherry, good persistence.
An ideal red to accompany important and tasty main courses, such as roasted red meats and game.
